This document introduces the ML302 module hardware technical parameters, interface electrical characteristics, mechanical characteristics, radio frequency performance indicators in detail, in order to help hardware engineers understand the ML302 module and guide engineers in product design.

ML302 module is a LTE single-mode wireless Internet access module based on LCC+LGA interface, which can be widely used in a variety of consumer and industrial products. ML302 supports multiple frequency bands and provides high-speed data access services in mobile environments:

LTE-FDD:Band1/3/5/8

ML302 adopts a highly integrated design scheme, which integrates radio frequency and baseband on a PCB to complete the functions of radio frequency signal reception, transmission and baseband signal processing. LCC+LGA interface is used externally, and the module size is 32.0mm*29.0mm*2.6mm.

ML302 supports the extension of AT commands, which can realize the personalized customization scheme for users.

2.2 system block diagram

The ML302 module is developed based on Zhanrui UIS8910DM platform. The system block diagram of the module is shown in the following figure, which mainly includes the following functional modules:
