Find the recently modified SP

Expand "Programmability" for the database in SSMS, and click "Stored Procedures".

Select "View", "Object Explorer Details" in the menu bar.

Then, right-click in the right column header space and select "Date Last Modified". Click on the column header for descending order.

You can also use T-SQL to achieve:

Method 1:

Method 2:

Of course, for the INFORMATION_SCHEMA.ROUTINES system view, we can also LIKE the ROUTINE_DEFINITION column by keyword to find the object defined with the keyword.
