In order to actively follow the unified technical guiding ideology of the top-level design of "Southern Network Cloud" put forward by China Southern Power Grid Group, Guangdong Southern Power Grid Company plans to promote cloud construction in Guangdong Province steadily, in stages and in an orderly manner. and first of all, Qingyuan base was selected as one of the pilot projects.
Through the pilot project, the intelligent administrative cloud of comprehensive electric power service of Guangdong Qingyuan Base of Southern Power Grid was built, with the goal of building a new Internet mode business system platform, while integrating new technologies such as big data, Internet of things, cloud computing, video intelligent analysis, GIS, artificial intelligence, wireless communication and other new technologies, to realize the interconnection and interworking of application subsystems, as well as big data functions such as data integration and data modeling. The intelligent administrative cloud platform realizes intelligent linkage, graphic visualization, real-time regulation and efficient operation for business management and control, and finally satisfies the intelligent management of the comprehensive business of office and logistics, and at the same time, it can be expanded according to the future business scale. In the follow-up, the achievements of wisdom application construction of Qingyuan Base can also be further extended to the prefectures and municipalities of the province.

These situations directly lead to a relatively high demand for managers' skills, which requires them to be familiar with various types of technology. The actual situation is that managers are tired of dealing with daily maintenance work, it is difficult to take into account other work in time, specifically manifested in the performance indicators of heterogeneous equipment and systems can not be effectively and centrally monitored, the server patch maintenance, software deployment, backup, disaster recovery and other aspects can not be centralized management, resulting in the operation and maintenance work is not ideal, and the operation and maintenance cost is also very high.
At present, the shortcomings of information construction, such as slow business demand and problem response, complex CSGII system architecture, difficult problem location, long development cycle, system application quality to be improved, lack of continuous improvement ability, lack of independent control, and so on, also need to be alleviated and solved through the construction of pilot projects.

Combined with the current situation of IT information construction, user needs and its overall standard requirements, it is necessary to cloud computing, storage and network resources thoroughly, through the construction of cloud platform to meet the requirements of all aspects. According to the specific situation and needs of Southern Power Grid Guangdong Company, Kyushu Cloud has created a set of intelligent administrative cloud solution based on OpenStack, as shown in figure 1.

Cloud Resource Management platform (IaaS) integrates computing resources, storage resources and network resources to form a unified logical resource pool to provide computing, storage and network services, in which computing services provide bare metal, KVM virtual machines and VMware virtual machines; storage services provide block storage, object storage and file storage services based on centralized storage and distributed storage technology Network services provide services such as network, subnet, router, load balancing, firewall and so on.
Platform as a Service layer (Paas) classifies all kinds of platform software and applications into basic components, technical components and business components. Among them, the basic components provide standard general services, including relational database, big data, data cache, application middleware, message middleware, container, workflow engine, etc., to achieve elastic computing, elastic expansion, message communication, data storage and other functions. All components have been provided in the form of interface services. Cloud platforms need to provide service integration services to achieve unified management of services. And provide continuous integration and continuous delivery services to provide support for application development, operation, deployment and so on. (figure 2)

Cloud Management platform (CMP) mainly provides several functional modules: cloud resource management, cloud operation and maintenance management, cloud operation management and interface management. The cloud management platform also provides continuous measurement and billing statistics on the usage of delivered resources, provides consumption statistics and analysis services in global, departmental and project dimensions, and provides various types of statistical analysis reports for IT operation and maintenance, IT management and IT users through built-in billing management, quota management, measurement statistics and report functions, so as to improve the efficiency and level of IT service management.
Cloud management platform not only provides an efficient and automatic management means for IT operation and maintenance management, but also provides business users with a user-friendly self-service entrance. Business users can complete the application for cloud resources by selecting the required services in the service catalog. After the approval of the process, the system automatically completes the delivery of the requested resources, realizing the cloud use and delivery of IT services.
As an important basic platform for enterprise-level operation and maintenance system, the cloud management platform also provides complete development interfaces to support the integration of REST API and more types of basic resources and third-party operation and maintenance management platforms, such as emergency command system, video, canteen, security, conference, emergency warehouse system, etc. Through continuous integration construction, a process-driven integrated operation and maintenance system in the cloud environment is finally formed, as shown in figure 3.

High availability of ▌ platform
The high availability of the entire OpenStack cloud platform mainly depends on the high availability of the control plane. The design difficulty lies in how to balance the contradiction between the reliability of key services and the scalability of the platform. At the same time, the message mechanism of OpenStack platform is optimized from computing, network, storage and other modules. After optimization, redundant messages among platform components are greatly reduced, and message forwarding efficiency is greatly improved. The management platform has the high availability mechanism guarantee, realizes the cluster deployment, adopts the distributed architecture, and the component has the characteristic of multi-activity.
▌ deeply optimizes computing, storage, and network performance
Starting from the lowest-level technologies such as KVM, OVS and Ceph, source code-level optimization finally provides computing, storage and network performance close to physical hardware capabilities, providing a high-performance and reliable service platform for each core business system of the project.
Monitoring and alarm of ▌ Intelligent platform
Once the physical machine, OpenStack service, or Ceph cluster is abnormal, Zabbix can monitor and alarm automatically. Send the alarm information to the mobile phones of the relevant operation and maintenance personnel in the form of text messages and Wechat. Through the integration with the Zabbix monitoring of Kyushu Cloud, the on-site large screen, indicator lights, and automatic text message sending are realized.
▌ multi-tenant management and isolation
The OpenStack security of this project is mainly from the rights management and network security management to control the security of the cloud platform. Implement identification of API calls between components of OpenStack; control service consumers' access to individual service resources through users, tenants, or projects (roles). In addition, OpenStack is used to achieve three-tier hierarchical account rights management, presenting different navigation interfaces for users with different levels of permissions, and supporting each business project group to deploy and modify its own virtual machine.
Cloud platform promotes independent innovation and maintains market competitiveness
With the reform of the national electric power system and the formation of the market-oriented competition situation of sales, the rapid upgrading of the information capability of power grid enterprises is required to deal with the business development and the rapid changes of the external environment brought about by the industrial layout of "one main body, two wings and international expansion".
At the same time, the transformation of power information system from decentralized deployment to unified deployment is faced with the bottleneck of massive data storage and computing capacity, as well as the high access pressure of the system.
Based on this, combined with the characteristics of "hierarchical management, hierarchical control and distributed processing" of power system, a design scheme of private cloud platform of Qingyuan base based on OpenStack and compatible with heterogeneous resources is proposed, so as to give full play to the high-level business value of data, serve the power business, enhance the independent innovation capability of Guangdong Southern Power Grid, and maintain market competitiveness.
The intelligent administrative cloud of power integrated service in Qingyuan base of Southern Power Grid Guangdong Company has realized the thorough cloud of computing, storage and network resources, and migrated all business systems to the cloud computing platform. In the process of trial operation, it is not only stable and reliable, but also greatly improved the operation efficiency. On this basis, the research on the related tools of operation and maintenance automation will be carried out. And fully combine with big data platform, Internet of things platform and other technologies.
The OpenStack cloud platform will provide stable, flexible, autonomous and controllable infrastructure support for the project to further achieve business innovation.
In 2019, relying on the successful experience of provincial companies and Dongguan Bureau, Southern Power Grid Guangdong Company Qingyuan Base Electric Power Integrated Service Wisdom Administration Cloud will promote the reform work for all prefectural, municipal and regional bureaus in the province, and is initially expected to complete the technical transformation and construction work of the province in the next 2-3 years.
The construction of the platform is not a subversion of the original system, but a technological innovation platform built with cloud computing technology and cloud service concept outside the original technology system, which develops in coordination with the original technology system and complements each other to establish a dual-mode IT service system based on traditional application plus cloud application architecture, create core technological competitiveness, support business innovation and development, and ensure normal business operation.
