If you set the execution interval of a scheduled task to 10 seconds, the planned execution is as follows:

1: the stored procedure is executed in 1 second, then wait 9 seconds to run again

2: the stored procedure runs in just 10 seconds, and the next one starts immediately.

3: the running time is more than 10 seconds, and the next time will start as soon as the whole stored procedure is finished normally.

In other words, this 10 seconds is the lowest interval.
