Failure to start msfconsole in Kali Linux 2020.1a

After the Kali Linux 2020.1a system is installed, the following error occurs when starting msfconsole:

Root@kali:~# msfconsole

[*] Bundler failed to load and returned this error:

'cannot load such file-- bundler / setup'

[*] You may need to uninstall or upgrade bundler because the default installation of bundler is the latest version 2.1.4. Msfconsole depends on version 1.17.3, so you need to install the old version. Execute the following command:

Root@kali:~# gem install bundler:1.17.3
