After changing the basic URL back to http again, the https web page can be accessed normally.

In storefront's log viewer, you can see that after each login failure, you can see an error in citrix delivery services with an event ID of 17 (no 12, only 17).

Solution:

Go to IIS Manager

At the red arrow 4, you should select all unassigned at the IP address.
