2. Semantics

Semantics are used to explain what both sides of the communication should do. Control information for coordination and error handling.

3. Timing

Timing (timing) defines when to communicate, what to say first, what to say later, the speed of speech, and so on. For example, synchronous transmission or asynchronous transmission.
