Like other virtualization platforms, xen virtual machines can be configured to boot automatically, that is, when the xen virtualized server is powered on

The virtual machine on it also starts automatically without human intervention.

1. Automatic instructions for xen boot

The directory where the xen configuration file resides is / etc/xen. Check the configuration content as follows, including the configuration file of the dd virtual machine and an auto directory.

Configuration Boot Boot is to create a link to the virtual machine configuration file in the auto directory. The xen service starts the virtual machine configuration file in the auto directory and starts the virtual machine.

2. Xen boot auto configuration

Create a soft link to the / etc/xen/dd virtual machine configuration file in the / etc/xen/auto directory.

Ln-s / etc/xen/dd / etc/xen/auto/

3. Xen boot automatic test

Restart the xen server

Reboot

After shutdown and boot confirmation, the xen virtual machine starts automatically.
