First of all, we click on the lower left corner of the server-- > start-- > run-- > enter CMD-- > enter netstat-ano as shown below. ! If the task manager does not have PID, check-- > Select the column and check above.

According to the figure above, we can see what program occupies port 80 by looking at the PID for port 80 previously.

Then open Task Manager-> View-> Select column, you can see PID ticked, Task Manager can see the corresponding PID program, and then the end of the process.
