Sometimes the server needs to download some software, which is not found in the local yum source, so you need to configure the network yum source.

# cd / etc/yum.repos.d/

Back up the configuration file in this directory and rename it, or change the enabled=1 in the file to enabled=0.

Wget-O / etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo http://mirrors.aliyun.com/repo/Centos-6.reposed-I's Universe release Evermax 6max / etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repoyum clean all & & yum makecache fastyum list

The above is to configure RHEL6.5, and the following is to configure RHEL7.2

Wget-O / etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo http://mirrors.aliyun.com/repo/Centos-7.reposed-I's Universe release release etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repoyum clean allyum list

Aliyun's network yum source is generally enough; you can exchange it with other url sources.

And Sohu's http://mirrors.sohu.com, http://centos.ustc.edu.cn of China University of Science and Technology.
