Application Pool:

Stop the Application Pool separately:

C:\ Windows\ System32\ inetsrv\ appcmd.exe stop apppool / apppool.name: "XXXX" launch "Application Pool": C:\ Windows\ System32\ inetsrv\ appcmd.exe start apppool / apppool.name: "XXXX" Recycle "Application Pool": C:\ Windows\ System32\ inetsrv\ appcmd.exe recycle apppool / apppool.name: "XXXX"

XXXX is the name of the application pool for IIS
