Finally, several dark pictures were tested and looked no problem again, but as long as the background wallpaper of bright color was changed, the picture and documents of the desktop could not be seen clearly. It seriously affects people's eyes and mood. After several twists and turns, I have found a solution. I would like to tell you this little trick:

Problem description: "the desktop wallpaper is replaced with any picture with high exposure, showing a very bright and dazzling feeling, while the picture that opens the desktop is normal, because the background is dazzling, resulting in dislocation and blurring of the picture and text on the desktop."

1. Right-click "my computer" and select "Properties", as shown below:

2. Select "Advanced system Settings" in the upper left corner after opening it, as shown below:

3. Select the pop-up system properties: performance "Settings" in the "Advanced" option, as shown in the following figure

4. Go to the "performance options" → "Visual effects" tab, and click "adjust to Best performance", as shown below:

After this choice, click on the app or OK, but there is a problem. After some computer systems choose the best performance, the interface style and effect will become the feel of the windows2000 at that time. There is another option:

Method 2:

On the performance option "→ Visual effects" tab, uncheck the box in front of "Animation Space and elements in the window" in the following figure, and then apply or confirm it.

Now see if the desktop background picture of your computer is back to normal?
