Find the installed Net Manager from the start directory

Enter the listener directory under the net configuration

Add an address under LISTENER:

Host: computer user name

Port: 1521

Save when you exit and try again on the installation page.

Possible reason: the home directory user password is not resolved correctly:

Under the local users and groups directory in computer management, find the Oracle account

Set or change the password

Find the modified home directory password from the start menu

Enter a new password on the command line
