I. brief introduction of mht file

MHTML files are also known as aggregated HTML documents, Web archives, or single-file web pages. A single file page saves all elements of a Web site, including text and graphics, to a single file. This encapsulation allows you to publish an entire Web site as a single embedded MIME (MIME: a list of standards for delivering multimedia resources over Internet connections. The MIME type notifies the aggregate HTML document (MHTML) file of the content contained in the program object, such as graphics, sound, or video, or sends the entire Web site as an email or attachment. This format is supported by Internet Explorer 4.0 and later.

II. The solution of apache supporting mht files

The reason for the problem: all ppt files are saved as a single web page mht type file, there is no problem to open this type of file directly using ie. After putting it on the server (apache), embed the file using iframe http://www.bbqmw.net/qm_bbqmbd/, and the browser will not display properly.

Because apache does not support the mht file format by default, we need to add it manually.

Open the conf/mime.types file in the apache installation directory and find this line

Add mht at the end

Maybe the version of apache is different, and the content behind message/rfc822 is different, as long as you add mht to the original.

Save the file, restart apache, and access the mht file will be normal.
