I. Agile development model

The Agile development model consists of four parts: Product Backlog (product user story), Sprint Backlog (iterative user story), Backlog tasks (user story development task, completed in iteration), and Retrospective (iterative reflection meeting).

2. SCRUM panoramic picture

Scrum development flow chart: the product manager is responsible for requirements collection and arrangement, generating PB (Product Backlog)-> iteration plan will explain PB-> select some PB to be included in the iteration * * hair, and form SB (Sprint Backlog)-> iterative task development (1-4 weeks)-> iterative demonstration-> iterative reflection meeting.

III. Roles in SCRUM

1.Product Owner (Product Manager)

1 person

Have a comprehensive understanding of the functions of the final delivered product

Be clear about the content and order of product delivery

Responsible for explaining PO's understanding of the product to the team

Establish and maintain Product Backlog

Have the final decision on the development order of each item in Product Backlog

Have the right to decide on the plan for the official release of the product

A PO should have the following characteristics:

Should be able to clearly understand the definition of "successful delivery"

When there are multiple voices, you should be able to make judgments instead of being a "middleman".

When clarification is needed or there is a problem, it should be able to respond immediately.

2.Scrum Master (Agile Coach)

1 person

Responsible for the successful implementation of Scrum

Eliminate the factors affecting the progress of the team

Prevent the team from disbanding or being disturbed

Provide Scrum related training to the team

Remove barriers between the team and the customer

Lead the team to self-manage and continuously improve

Ideally, there should be a person full-time for this role, but in some cases, it is possible for a team member to do so.

3.SCRUM Team (Agile team)

The team has a unified goal.

Keep your promise to the task in your name

There are no roles, willing to help each other.

Size: 7 + /-2, that is, 5-9

A self-managed team
