Solution: if you can't use the serverguide,serverguide9 version of the IBM driver, it will prompt you that the file is corrupted and you need to use the serverguide8 version (8.41 here)

3. Remote Desktop

Right-click my computer, properties, need to set account password, remote desktop no password will prompt an error, modify the number of connections
