Steps:

Run kubeadm upgrade plan to see if you can upgrade.

After downloading the image of kubernetes 1.11.2 in advance, you can download it from Ali Cloud using the https://github.com/openthings/kubernetes-tools/kubeadm/allimages-pull-aliyun.sh script.

Upgrade kubeadm to version 1.11.2 and install using sudo apt install kubeadm=v1.11.2-00.

Note that do not restart the machine after that, otherwise when you get up again, the kubelet will be updated and the cluster cannot be accessed, and the kubeadm upgrade will fail to run (this design should be problematic, it would be nice if you didn't start the kubelet service).

Run sudo kubeadm upgrade apply v1.11.2 to upgrade the Kubernetes cluster. Wait a minute. It'll be all right.
