How is the product backlog formed from the product concept? The product owner needs to define what the product is, understand why, and decide when and how to deliver. There is no clear guidance for the product owner in agile development. The nature of Agile was shared at some conferences last year, which is a value guide for all members of the Agile team. On July 26th, I will give a keynote speech on the working principles and methods of the Product owner at the 2014 WOT Global Software Technology Summit.
