All office workers will use printers, so how to share printers in the local area network with win7 systems? If you don't know, you might as well take a look at the following tutorial.

Step 1: undisable Guest users

1. Click the * * start * * button, right-click * * computer * *, and select * * manage * *, as shown below:

2. Find the "Guest" user in the pop-up "computer Management" window, as shown in the following figure:

3. Double-click [Guest], open the "Guest Properties" window, and make sure that the "account disabled" option is not checked.

Step 2: share the target printer

1. Click the "start" button and select "Devices and printers"

2. Find the printer you want to share in the pop-up window (provided that the printer is properly connected and the driver is installed correctly), right-click on the printer and select "Printer Properties".

3. Switch to the "share" tab, check "share this Printer", and set a share name (remember the share name, which may be used later)

Step 3: make advanced sharing settings

1. Right-click the network connection icon in the system tray and select "Open Network and sharing Center".

2. Remember the type of network you are in (the author's is a work network), and then click [Select HomeGroup and sharing options] in the pop-up window

3. Then click * * change Advanced sharing Settings * *

4. If it is a home or work network, please refer to the following figure for the specific settings of [change Advanced sharing Settings]. The key options have been marked in red circles. Don't forget to save the changes after the settings are completed.

Note: if it is a public network, the specific settings are similar to those above, but the options under [Public] should be set accordingly, not those under [Home or work].
