To do this, use the XYChartLabeler 7.1.06 (tagging tool) .exe tool. First select any part of a chart to activate the current chart, then open XYChartLabeler and click move labels.

Then click the up and down four direction keys, you can move the data label of the selected chart at will, move in four directions at will, if you want to move one of the data labels, then check the check box above move only this data label: in front of the check box, then you can select any data label you want to move in the drop-down menu! The advantage of this plug-in is to move the range to 1point (s) to calculate the step size (as if you can modify the step parameter), if you want to move the label from the right side of the chart to the left, it is best to use the previous Ec_Chart_Alignment tool, which takes a long time to move (you can solve this problem by customizing the moving step size).
