Fault description

After the user modifies the Office365 account on the Web page, the OneDrive on the computer prompts you to log in again:

Error trying to log in to the Times: There was a problem connecting to OneDrive. Check ur Internet connection, and then try again. (Error 0x8004de40)

Operation steps

Press the Microsoft logo + R key and enter inetcpl.cpl enter in the run window to enter the IE option settings:

Switch to Advanced, check Use TLS 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0, and then click Apply-OK to close:
