The netizens' faults are described as follows:

Exchange2016 owa and ecp login always reported that the user and password entered are incorrect! Only ForwardSyncDaemon and ProvisioningRps are Inactive! Exchange related services are normal! MSExchange ADAccess EventID 2160 is reported in the application log! Try to rebuild the virtual directories of owa and ecp, and use ADSIEDIT.msc to clean up the msEmsExchCanaryData0 values in CN=Client Access. There is a DC in the environment, three ex2016 do dag, the other two ex owa and Ecp are normal!

The solution is as follows:

Remove-OwaVirtualDirectory "exch\ owa (Default Web Site)"

New-OwaVirtualDirectory-InternalUrl https://mail.domain.com.au/owa-ExternalUrl https://mail.domain.com.au/owa

Remove-ECPVirtualDirectory "exch\ ECP (Default Web Site)"

New-ECPVirtualDirectory-InternalUrl https://mail.domain.com.au/ecp-ExternalUrl https://mail.domain.com.au/ecp

Set-OWAVirtualDirectory-Identity "exch\ OWA (Default Web Site)"-FormsAuthentication $true-BasicAuthentication $True

Set-ecpVirtualDirectory-Identity "rexch\ ecp (Default Web Site)"-FormsAuthentication $true-BasicAuthentication $True

Restart IIS
