Step1: find the location where Ubuntu is installed

Open Xiao Na, search for ubuntu, right-click ubuntu in the command column > Open the location of the file. Find its location, C:\ Program Files\ WindowsApps\ CanonicalGroupLimited.UbuntuonWindows_ (a random character)\ ubuntu.exe (a random character needs to be modified according to your computer,\ ubuntu.exe needs to be added manually)

Step2: setting up Registry Editor

First, press windows and R at the same time, type regedit and run, and navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ Directory\ Background\ shell. Right-click the new item in this directory, and the string value in this item defines the text and icon displayed in the right-click menu. Turn on the default icon and enter numeric data, which is the text content that we right-click to display, such as Bash Here, etc.

Then right-click in the item to create a string value, rename it to Icon, double-click to open it, and paste the location of our ubuntu into the numeric data to define the icon to be displayed.

Then we will add the command executed on click and create the item command in the item we just created

Open the command item you just created, and the default value is the command to be executed. Write to the position you just added to the Icon (with double quotation marks on both sides), followed by the parameter run. Something like this:

"C:\ Program Files\ WindowsApps\ CanonicalGroupLimited.UbuntuonWindows_

(a random character)\ ubuntu.exe "run
