Has been stuck in 2% waiting for half an hour but still did not continue, and then check the installation log to find that there is an error PRCT-1114 error

Through metalink viewing, it is found that this problem occurs when the version of bug,CPU exceeds 32 cores, while the viewing system currently has 64 cores.

One solution is to type patch, and the other is to install another version. After communicating with the customer, we agreed to install the 11.2.0.4 version to solve the problem.
