(1) Open the Serv-U console and click "restrictions and Settings"-"configure advanced FTP command settings and behaviors for the domain".

(2) find the OPTS UTF8 command in the FTP settings and right-click to disable this command.

(3) Click "Global Properties" below.

(4) in the FTP command properties tab, in "Advanced options", remove the hook before "use UFT-8 encoding for all sending and receiving paths and file names"!
