During the recent Oracle database inspection, it was found that there was a problem with rman backup in one city. Log in to the database server with oracle at backup node rac2, and execute the backup check command to report an error:

using target database control file instead of recovery catalog

Check the storage space utilization rate of node rac2 backup directory as follows. It can be seen that it is not caused by full storage space:

Then, using oracle login node 1 to perform a backup check, the command executed smoothly, as shown below, found that there are 50 expired backups:

Then, perform an expired backup delete operation on node rac1, and execute smoothly

After the expired backup is deleted, the backup check command of node rac2 can be executed normally, as shown in the figure:

Backup can also be initiated normally on backup node rac2:
