Perform installation

Double-click to perform the installation, and a fallback may occur during the installation, and then prompt for a serious error. The solution is:

1. Start the service Device Install Service and Device Setup Service. The reason for the error is that you did not check the log information carefully. It is guessed that network card and other devices need to be installed during the installation of VirtualBox.

two。 Clean the registry: download CCleaner, clean up the registration information

Set up a shared folder

1. Add a shared folder: add a shared folder in the virtual machine settings. Select the shared folder of the Windows host, but do not fill the mount point.

two。 Install enhancements:

a. Add a virtual optical drive

b. Mount the CD-ROM drive

Mkdir-p / media/drive

Mount-t auto / dev/cdrom / media/drive/

c. Execute the enhancement installation script

Cd / media/drive/

Sh VBoxLinuxAdditions.run

If there is an error "Could not find the X.Org or XFree86 Window System, skipping" in the installation process, just install the corresponding components.

Yum-y install xorg-x11-drivers xorg-x11-utils

Re-execute this script:

Although the prompt error, in fact, once the installation is successful, enter the / media directory to see the mounted shared folder (starting with sf_).
