However, if all of these functions are easily "plugged into" a smartphone, then the same function on the folding device cannot be said to be the same. This is not the first time we've talked about this device: if you remember at the beginning of the year, we were the first to show you the prototype video of Lin Bin's movement, which is traditionally called Mi Flex.

However, the screen has some shortcomings, and at that time we conducted a comprehensive examination of the possible shortcomings. But the most interesting thing is the location of the camera: the folding display provided by Visionox shows the "Camera" application icon in the lower right corner, but there are no front and rear sensors of any type; since the Redmi K20 is the first device to provide such a sensor, we can also eliminate the fact that the Mi Flex is equipped with a pop-up sensor. So where is this camera?

Well, Xiaomi seems to have finally overcome this unpleasant hurdle, and because of the huge advances in technology, it decided to punch holes in the screen: it seemed to be an obvious solution, but it didn't appear at the beginning of the year. As for the field of front photography, the brand chose a triple camera and placed it in the center of the equipment to ensure that the screen did not bend and avoid any kind of damage. It is not clear which sensors will be equipped, but we can be sure that the Mi Flex and Mi Mix Alpha will not become everyday equipment, at least until the technology is mature, it will become part of the museum so that we can use them.

As for the field of post-photography, Xiaomi considered two options. If we watch the video, we will find that there is no sensor space available on the back: on the other hand, with this patent, space can be created by lengthening the entire device or shortening the two "wings" to be closed. The second solution instead is to provide two cameras in the upper right corner: however, this approach is a bit uncomfortable for turning off (but on) smartphones and it is impossible to take pictures.

In short, it can be said that our favorite brand is not idle. Although it can be said to be a software defect, it considers all defects in a constructive way.
