New changes in Mutiny layout

The Mutiny layout mimics the desktop layout of Unity. The MATE software docking applet has been removed and the Mutiny layout has been optimized to use Plank. Plank will be automatically applied by the system theme. This is done by switching from Mate Tweak to Mutiny layout. Both dark and light Yaru themes for Plank are included.
