I went to Huawei for an interview last weekend. I would like to share it with you.

Huawei normally has five rounds of interviews. Technical interview, comprehensive interview, group interview, HR interview, and finally by BOSS cover.

Step two

The interviewer will be divided into two groups, the same question, 10 minutes, each group finally confirmed a result.

Step three

Each group chooses a team leader to explain the reasons, and after completion, the three interviewers will ask some questions, such as XXX, do you remember the order of your personal choices, and why there is a big discrepancy with the team's results. Who do you think contributes the most and who contributes the least in your group? If you call two people with each other, who will you choose and why? Wait.

Note: this process should be based on a practical and realistic attitude to objectively explain the reasons, must not be emotional. And enough is enough. Don't go too far. In fact, what the interviewer mainly wants to see is the ability of language expression. Logical thinking can be. It doesn't matter which group wins. The important thing is to express your thoughts in an organized way.

HR interview

Mainly talk about the broad world.
