Select Network sharing Center-Advanced sharing Settings-password-protected shares are set to off.

And enable file and printer sharing.

Turn off the firewall to prevent inaccessibility

Open the computer network adapter, select the local network, open the interface for setting ipv4, select Advanced-set WINS, and check to enable NetBios.
