. Update existing KMS host support to Windows server 2016

1. Set up a new Windowsserver 2016 KMS host

1) install Windowsserver 2016 system and join the domain environment to configure DNS

2) run powershell with administrative privileges

3) View the current KMS host status: Cscript.exe C:\ windows\ system32\ slmgr.vbs / dli

4) install KMS key: cscript C:\ windows\ system32\ slmgr.vbs / ipk W966T-TPY3D-TDQ9M-BGHKG

5) activate the KMS host (make sure to connect to the Internet): Cscript.exe C:\ windows\ system32\ slmgr.vbs / ato

6) publish the KMS server to DNS: Cscript.exe C:\ windows\ system32\ slmgr.vbs / sdns

7) Open port 1688 and use KMS to get through the firewall. Open the control panel, click "allow programs to pass through Windows Firewall", and select "key Management Service". By default, you do not need to operate this step.

8) restart the KMS host server

9) check Kms status: Cscript.exe C:\ windows\ system32\ slmgr.vbs / dli

10) as shown in the figure

11) KMS activation of Windows client: slmgr / skms 10.1.1.90 SLMGR / ato

12) Note: the default request with license status notification is 0. When there are more than 10 requests, the batch activation will be displayed, and the KMS client will display an error.

II. Deploy Office 2013/2016KMS activation

1. Download the Office2013/16 host license package, download and run KeyManagementServiceHost.exe

Office2013 KMS license package is the same as 2016, open command to run after download, kms_host script

Summary: client activation requires 25 hosts, server activation needs 5 hosts, office activation test, installation of more than 5 tests are all successful. It is best to run the command line as an administrator, otherwise an error may be reported. The command line is designed to run in .bat mode, which is convenient and efficient, and can be integrated with the server for desktop deployment.
