During the WWDC, Apple announced that iPad provides not only many new features for iPad, but also some new features and improvements for Apple Pencil. Let's learn more about new things.

The second-generation Apple Pencil is undoubtedly the best stylus on any tablet on the market. When Apple introduced the new 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad professional second-generation pencils, the delay was only 20 milliseconds, but for iPadOS, the delay time was reduced to 9 milliseconds.

According to Apple, pencils feel more natural, and now more advanced prediction algorithms and optimizations are being used to reduce delays.

With the naked eye, you won't find a big difference. What you get and your perception of what you get will vary from hardware to hardware, so if you use the latest generation of iPad Pro with second-generation Apple Pencil ProMotion, it will bring the best performance compared to unpromoted iPad, using first-generation Pencil. All iPad and Apple Pencils will be improved, although the best results appear in the latest generation.

With iPad, you can now also use Apple Pencil to swipe from the lower-left or lower-right corner of iPad to quickly capture the screen and start tagging the document immediately. In addition, if you are taking a screenshot of the site, you can select the entire page. In addition, you can make comments, take notes, and save them directly as a PDF file application, and then you can forward them using a shared worksheet in iPadOS.

Apple's dark mode extends to the operating system and Notes apps. There is now a redesigned tool palette that gives you quick access to tools, palettes, shapes, object erasers, and new pixel erasers to delete any part of the stroke.

Most of these features, including the new screenshot feature, will also apply to the first generation of Apple Pencil users and Logitech crayon users.

All these new changes to iPadOS will make iPad Pro more useful when it is officially opened to the public this fall. With Sidecar and iPad in macOS as auxiliary displays, if you happen to have an iPad that supports Pencil, you can now use it in many professional applications, such as Final Cut Pro, Maya and Adobe illustrator.
