-@ s PLAYLIST.M3U: save the edited playlist to the list file (default is MPXPLAY.M3U)

-@ sw PLAYLIST.M3U: save the playlist in EXTM3U format (like Winamp format)

-@ sx PLAYLIST.MXU: save the playlist in an extended format (playlist with file information)

-ds DRIVES: detect multiple drives (such as:-ds cde-> detect c: d: e: drives) (- ds cde * .wav-> find only WAV files)

-dd uses click mode (load files to the left) (used when detecting drives (- ds) and directory browsers)

-prn random playback

-prn2 starts by randomizing playlists

-pre playback / repeat playlist

-pre1 replays / repeats only one song (back to the beginning of the file)

-pss NUM: start playing (starting with the first song num)

-pst TIME: starts playback (from playback time TIME) (TIME can be in HH:MM:SS or MM:SS or SSS format (e.g. 3:17 or 197))

-psf NUM: starts playback (from the playback position NUM)

-psp NUM: play from the NUM-16% position of the song (16% is the beginning of the song)

-psc NUM: exit when playing to the location of the song NUM

-ptc TIME: duration of playback (in a song) (TIME can be in HH:MM:SS or MM:SS or SSS format)

-pfc NUM: only play NUM playback positions

-pef NUM: exit when playing to the location of the song NUM (cannot be used with the-psp option)

-phs hi-lite scan: each song is only played for 10 seconds (1m00s-1m10s) (can be configured with the-psf,-pst,-pfc,-ptc option)

-pap enables automatic pause (i.e. automatic pause before each song)

Display:

-f0 no screen output

-ff displays only the current playback position and the actual file name

-fl displays only one line of output

-v detailed mode (including media information, ID3 tag information, when the-f0mam quoffjpfl option is specified)

-fe full-screen playlist editor (no spectral simulator and browser)

-fs single line count mode (that is, do not change the screen to 50 line mode at run time) (25-> 50)

-db disables the catalog browser (left) in the playlist editor (if used, the program will exit after the last song)

-db2 has directory browsers on both sides (that is, on the left and right sides)

-ebs num: the size of the editor and directory browser box (1-64) (default: 64)

Input buffering (default is 128 (4'32) bytes of pre-buffering, no interrupt decoding):

-bn has no input buffering (not recommended)

-bp input file pre-buffering (decoder runs in interrupt signal)

-bl input all buffers (load the whole song into memory before playing (maximum is 13m))

-bni disables interrupt decoding (for-bl option)

-bn8 prohibits the use of all int08 functions (interrupt decoding, DMA monitor)

-bbn pre-buffer block (for-bp option) (1 block = 32 kilobytes) (using: 8-64 (MP3-WAV)) (default: 4;-bp: 32)

Sound card and output:

-scs CARD manually select sound card (S16pjr ESS Magi WSS Magi gus Magi SBP Magi MID Magol nul)

-sct CARD sound card testing (if no CARD parameter is specified, all possible / detected sound cards will be automatically tested and displayed)

-scm manually sets MIDAS and saves it in the MPXMIDAS.INI file (MIDAS has been cancelled because it does not work)

-scv num sets the sound card volume (main volume and pcm volume at the same time) (1-100 (%)) (some sound cards in Win9x use 100% (for example, SB Live/Audigy sound card))

-sctr num sets the treble volume of the sound card (1-100 (%)) (for old SB16 (OPL) and AWE32/64 sound cards only, 50 means no change)

-scbs num sets the bass volume of the sound card (1-100 (%)) (for old SB16 (OPL) and AWE32/64 sound cards only, 50 means no change)

-ddma dual DMA (32k-> 64k) (sound card buffer)

-o write pcm data to the wav file (instead of playing it through the sound card)

-of num sets the output frequency (using a constant sound card conversion frequency when exporting to wav files)

-oc num sets the output channel (for output to wav files only) (channel 1 or 2)

-ob num sets the input bit (for output to wav files only) (if the input (wav file) and output (wav file) are greater than 16 bits (such as 24732 bits), the-hq option is recommended.

-t test mode (that is, do not really output sound, but do various other operations)

Sound adjustment and output modification:

-Volume setting (enlarged) in sv volnum software (default: 100 (%))

-sva [volnum] automatically adjust volume [use initial volume value]

-sr surnum surround / stereo amplifier (default: 100 (%) = no surround sound, 10 = mono, 150 = wide stereo)

-sp speed playback speed (frequency) control (60-200) (default: 100 (%))

-sl limit sound limit (playback limit) (0-200) (default: 20)

-cl decodes only the left channel (1.9x/1.4x times faster when decoding MP3/OGG files)

-cm downmix channel (stereo to mono) (1.7x faster when decoding MP3 files)

-hq hq (floating) Mixer + Virtual loudness when playing MP2 files

-cf automatically converts smoothness at the end of the file

-cfp [num] smooth transition point (default is 120) (the smooth transition starts from the playback position num, relative to the beginning of the fade)

-cfo [num] fade length (default is 250)

-cfi [num] fade length (default is 200)

-cfl [num] smooth transition limit (default is 0) (starts smooth conversion when the volume is less than numb (no smooth transition point is used)

-cft [num] smooth conversion type (default is 1) (0 bit: fade out, 1 bit: fade in) (- cft 3: fade in + fade out)

(smooth conversion only:-cfo 150-cfp 0-cfi 150, fade in & fade out only:-cfo 150-cfp 150-cfi 100)

ID3 information and file information:

-inl does not preload file information (including file headers, id3 tags) (loaded at the beginning of the file)

-ipl loads information while playing

-idl loads only the information of the files displayed (that is, the files displayed in the playlist editor)

-in does not load the id3 tag information of the file (that is, only the file header information is loaded) (but the-il option works)

-8 convert characters in tags (author, title, etc.) (its Win character / DOS character setting can be configured in mpxplay.ini)

-8U enable UTF-8 text decoding in tags (MP3,MPC,OGG is also OK, but the OGG standard is better)

-8cp CPNAME: the target code page for UTF-8 decoding (CPNAME can be: ISO-8859-1 (standard US-ASCII) and ISO-8859-2 (default))

-8uv validates (only uses) Win characters in decoding of UTF-8 (codes above ASCII 128s)

ID3 list:

-il [information file] load partial id3 information list file (for current folder items, reload each time the folder changes)

-ig [information file] load the global id3 information list file (for items in the playlist) (establish: mpxplay-@ playlist.m3u-is d:listfile.txt-ist 448)

-is [Information File] Save id3 information to list file

-iw [information file] writes the id3 tag to the media file (mp2,mp3,mpc) (loads it from the information file) (the default [information file] name is:! FILES)

-io NUM sorts playlists (0 by title, 1 by author, 2 by album, 3 by year, 4 by annotation, 5 by style / category of song, 6 by track number, 7 by time, 9 by file name, 10 by full path and file name, 11 by file name only

-ist NUM specifies the type of id3 save list (the type varies with the num bit) (default: 63)

Bit 0 (+ 1): lists the folder name

Bit 1 (+ 2): lists the file name

No. 2 (+ 4): how the author-title is listed (non-fixed / fixed position)

Bit 3 (+ 8): the time when the file is listed

Bit 4 (+ 16): list bit rate (kilobytes / second)

Bit 5 (+ 32): lists the file size (megabytes)

Bit 6 (+ 64): lists the full path to the file

Other:

-x PRGNAME: sets the program name used when SHELL to DOS (for example,-x nc.exe)

-xs: automatically SHELL to DOS when MPXPLAY is started

-xr: TSR method (for CDW audio files only) (for example, 'mpxplay.exe-bl-xr-xs-pre1 song.mp3' will be played continuously in the background)

-xas: enable the soft shutdown feature of the ATX/APM power supply (on exit)

Keyboard control (some keys are case-sensitive (that is, only lowercase!)

(it is recommended that the keyboard rate in BIOS be set to 30 characters per second):

ESC-quit

F10-exit

CTRL-C-quit

Gray-backward a song from the playlist

Gray -'+'- advance a song from the playlist

White -'-'- go backwards like a CD player (that is, if the playback position is greater than 38, go back to the beginning of the song, otherwise go back to the previous song)

Gray -'/'- back a folder (an album) in the playlist

Gray -'*'- advance a folder (an album) in the playlist

->-(right button head) advance 50 playback positions (which can be configured through SeekFrames in mpxplay.ini. 50 playback positions are usually 1.3 seconds)
