In fact, there are several ways:

Set it in the character set of thread group-> http request

Set in the http message management header

3. If the above methods have not been solved, please open the installation directory

Apache-jmeter-3.1/bin/jmeter.properties file

Find # sampleresult.default.encoding=ISO-8859-1

Remove the comments and change them to the following:

Sampleresult.default.encoding=UTF-8

Restart Jmeter and try again to solve the problem of garbled characters in the corresponding data.
