The backup operation that started at '‎ 2011 ‎-‎ 2 ‎-‎ 5 ‎' 0x80780021. Please review the event details for a solution, and then rerun the backup operation once the issue is resolved

It is found that the existing MS blog describes a similar problem, but the problem still exists after following its method. The following modifications have been made:

In the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows NT\ CurrentVersion\ SPP

Create a new DWORD value named "CreateTimeout" with a value of 12000000.

It is found that bloggers may ignore some other related operations and do the following after performing the above registry operations:

Restart BITS, VSS and Com+ event system services. Note that BITS service restart interrupts dependent services such as system updates.
