I. backup of the database

1. Select the database "accountInfo" to be backed up, and right-click → task → backup.

2. In the "backup Database-accountInfo" dialog box that opens, click Delete first, and then click "add"

3. Select the path and backup file name in the pop-up "Select backup destination" dialog box.

4. Click OK in the backup database window and wait for the backup to succeed

II. Restore of the database

1. Right-click "Database"-"restore Database" in object Explorer.

2. In the pop-up "restore Database" window, select "device", and click [.] on the right; in the pop-up "Select backup device" window, click "add" to find the backup file; in the "restore Database" window, enter the database name at "Target-Database" and click "OK".

3. Wait for the restore to succeed.

Ps: testing SQL Server2008 in person is also feasible.
