Open the menu Admin-> Networks and click the "Create Network" button.

Provider Network Type selects "VLAN". Fill in "default" in Physical Network, which must be consistent with ml2_conf.ini network_vlan_ranges. Segmentation ID, which is VLAN ID, is set to 100.

Click "Create Network" and vlan100 is created successfully.

Click the vlan100 link to go to the network configuration page. There is no subnet yet. Click the "Create Subnet" button.

The subnet_172_16_100_0,IP address is 172.16.100.0 Universe 24.

What has happened to the underlying network?

Perform brctl show on the control node to view the current network structure.

Neutron automatically created three new devices: 1. Vlan100 corresponding to the bridge brq3fcfdb98-9d. 2. Vlan interface eth2.100 . 3. Dhcp tap device tap1180bbe8-06.

Eth2.100 and tap19a0ed3d-fe have been connected to the layer 2 network of brq3fcfdb98-9dVLANs 100 and ready, and the vlan100 structure is shown in the figure:
