Encounter a strange thing, suddenly my Windows 10 can not copy and paste, after I checked a round to solve the problem, I suddenly remembered that I also encountered this thing a long time ago, but did not take notes at that time, resulting in wasting a lot of time in finding and solving problems, so I specially wrote down this case.

On the Internet, I saw a troubleshooting method of finding problems, that is, one by one to close the open apps in order to find out the problem. It was through this that I found that it was the remote Desktop RDP that caused it.

First I turn off app one by one, then test copy and paste. When I turn off Remote Desktop, copy and paste is finally restored.

Continue to dig and find that there is a problem with the rdpclip.exe process on the remote computer, so I follow the prompts, turn the process off in the Details bar of the Task Manager, then reopen it, and after a few attempts, the copy and paste function is finally ready to use.
