The customer has a F1060 firewall in the current network and needs to register the IPS and AV feature library, but the activation is not successful. Confirm that it belongs to NG Firewall by checking the device license key. The reason is that F1060 belongs to the high-end firewall, while the standard field belongs to the license authorization of the low-end firewall (F1050 and below). Low-end F10X0 can use high-end license, high-end can not use low-end. So this problem is ultimately caused by a license mismatch.
