This is a common import warning, usually related to the database / client version. For example, here, the source database is 11.2.0.4 and the target database is 12.2.0.1

Solution

Add a parameter to exp or imp to disable the export / import of statistics: statistics=none

Suggestion

After oracle 10g, statistics are collected regularly by default, and this task can be queried in the dba_scheduler_jobs view: GATHER_STATS_JOB. And you can see the corresponding implementation in dba_scheduler_job_run_details.

To avoid database query exceptions, you can also manually execute dbms_scheduler.run_job ('GATHER_STATS_JOB') stored procedures in sys users
