Sum up my CCIE process, which lasted 9 months, and also serve as a reference for those brothers who are preparing for the IE on the job.

I declare that my English is very poor, and I can't fully understand the Cisco documents. If I have time, I will find time to learn English.

First of all, I intend to systematically study Cisco's courses:

From March 30 to April 30, 2016, I finished the CCNA11 class run by Brother Jun.

On May 14, 2016, confirm that the written test questions of ie are stable and begin to recite the questions. Since the written test is only allowed to memorize questions on the spot, you can only recite the questions in the edition room early or at normal closing time.

On May 27, 2016, I worked overtime for two days last weekend. I didn't memorize the questions yet. I felt that the time was too long. If I went on, I would encounter a change of questions. I made an appointment for the written test on May 30 while I was free to memorize the questions on the weekend of 28-29.

On May 30, 2016, I made an appointment for the first round of exams on Monday morning. I spent two whole days passing all the questions on Saturday and Sunday. I didn't see any of the first ten questions during the exam. I was a little impetuous and could only be fooled. Fortunately, in the following questions, I slowly adjusted my mind to continue the exam. After the exam, I got a score immediately. I printed a score of 876 pass! As soon as I got the result, I went to work happily.

June 25-August 6, 2016, CCNP10 routing course, because I happened to meet brother Jun to start the IE9 class, so I didn't take the switching course.

From August 6 to September 11, 2016, after taking the IE9 class run by Brother Jun, I learned the main configuration commands needed in the IE version, as well as some frequently asked questions, mainly to pass through the BGP, including some examination techniques for the version.

On September 18, 2016, I asked the head teacher Phyl to enter lab, contacted Mr. Bai and began to practice the stand-alone version of the experiment. Because time was tight, I tried to solve the problem by myself, and it was often stuck. One card was stuck for 2 days to solve a wrong point. The first version to start the practice was K1. It took almost once a week to figure out all the phenomena. There were too many details, and there were numerous loopholes. So I still suggest that if you don't have much time, be sure to go through the video before you try to practice.

At the end of September, 2016, I made an appointment for the lab exam on December 16. I was afraid that the usual working hours were not enough, so I made a special appointment for a long time. After all, it costs money to change the time again. Is it 3000 dollars each time? That's a lot.

In October 2016, I didn't spend much time on practice this month. First, I spent seven days at home on National Day, then I returned to the office, and I worked overtime on weekends in a row, including business trips. I only passed K1 and TS1 this month.

In November 2016, time was too short because Q2 was more difficult. After communicating with the head teacher and Mr. Bai about the laboratory overnight, I made a decision to take the sleeping bag and mat to the lab for the night. Then I asked Mr. Bai to make an appointment for a new rack to start the practice of Q2 and TS2. The practice is still the same. After the video first, Q2 is too difficult, but there are still problems after several times. Every time you can only seek the help of your brothers and Mr. Bai to correct your mistakes. TS2 is almost missing. After going through the video, you can get it all out now.

From December 12 to 15, 2016, I asked for leave and gave birth for 4 days. At this time, I was fully prepared. Lab was practiced until it was almost consistent with the standard answer, mainly because I had questions about the diagnosis for several times.

On December 16, 2016, the lab exam went well, at least it passed. The examiner tr many times, but there was nothing to think about after that.

The time is just right, after the exam, I will have peace of mind for the Spring Festival.

I think after taking the CCIE, it does not mean that you already have the qualification of CCIE. Whether you are working or not, you must make it clear that CCIE is actually mainly aimed at after-sales, depending on the individual's ability to cooperate with the team, the debugging and troubleshooting of the network, and the ability to sort out the unknown network. From the point of view of Party B, if these cannot be completed, the customer will not recognize your certification, because the customer only recognizes the ability. After all, CCIE is now mostly made up of water armies.
