The Oracle database archive log is full. Delete the log:

Log in to the rman target sys/password command and execute it after entering the RMAN command line.

RMAN > crosscheckarchivelog all

RMAN > delete expired archivelog all; can delete all expired log documents and free up space

Or delete the archivelog before the specified time:

DELETEARCHIVELOG ALL COMPLETED BEFORE 'SYSDATE-7'; (specifies to delete the archive log 7 days ago)

Then do the test data, and the problem will be gone.
