System environment

Step 1 install the ODBC driver

1) download address https://www.postgresql.org/ftp/odbc/versions/msi/

2) decompress psqlodbc_11_01_0000.zip and click psqlodbc-setup.exe to install the driver ODBC

3) to check whether the driver is installed successfully, open Control Panel-> Management tools-> data sources (ODBC), as follows:

Click add to enter the following interface to show that the driver has been installed

Step 2 Test whether the driver is installed successfully

1) Select one of the driver types and click finish

2) Pop up a database connection instance, enter the database parameters, and click Test

Step 3: to access the database using OTL, you need to specify the following link string:

Char szConn [512] =

{"Driver= {PostgreSQL ANSI}; Server=192.168.10.227;Port=5432;Database=pas;Uid=postgres;Pwd=admin12345"}

The string after Driver must be the name of the driver above. Note: only PostgreSQL is invalid.
