4. View a list of all plug-ins:

Rabbitmq-plugins list-v

4.1 launch the plug-in:

Rabbitmq-plugins enable rabbitmq_management

5. Create a user:

Rabbitmqctl add_user nie 1234

6. Set up roles:

Rabbitmqctl set_user_tags nie administrator

7. Set default vhost ("/") access

Rabbitmqctl set_permissions-p "/" nie ".
