Fault description

The ASM disk group is offline and the ASM instance cannot be mount. The ASM disk group is composed of four 500G disks, and the database and ASM software is 10.2.0.1. It is urgent to restore the oracle database.

Second, fault analysis

Analyze the disks that make up the ASM disk group, take out the ASM metadata, and analyze the metadata: the ASM storage metadata is damaged, resulting in the diskgroup can not mount. Reorganize the ASM storage space, export the database file from the ASM disk group, and then detect and repair the database file. If the database file is intact, you can start the database with the database file exported from the ASM disk group. If the database files are corrupted, the underlying layer parses the database files, imports the data into the new database, and recovers the data.

III. Recovery process

1 the underlying layer obtains ASM metadata and reorganizes the ASM storage space

2 use the North Asia ASM parsing tool to parse the ASM structure and obtain the data files in ASM

3 use the North Asia oracle file detection tool to detect the database files in the ASM disk group

4 use the North Asia oracle parsing tool to parse the data records in all data files and import them into the new database by user.

IV. Recovery results

Reorganize the ASM storage space, parse the ASM disk at the bottom, and export the database file. The bottom layer parses these database files, imports the data into the new database according to the user, verifies the data by sampling the data table, and the data is recovered successfully.
