Choose whether to install mysql as a windows service, you can also specify Service Name (service identification name), and whether to add the bin directory of mysql to Windows PATH (after joining, you can directly use the file under bin without pointing out the directory name, such as connection, "mysql.exe-uusername-ppassword;" is fine, without pointing out the full address of mysql.exe, it is convenient), I have all checked here and the Service Name remains unchanged. 9. Ask if you want to change the password of the default root user (Super Admin). "Enable root access from remote machines (whether to allow root users to log in on other machines, if you want security, do not check it, if convenient, check it)." Finally, "Create An Anonymous Account (create an anonymous user, anonymous users can connect to the database, can not manipulate data, including queries)", generally do not need to check, set up, press "Next" to continue.

10. Confirm that the setting is correct, press "Execute" to make the setting effective, that is, complete the installation and configuration of MYSQL.

Note: after setting up, there is a relatively common error after pressing "Finish", that is, it cannot be "Start service". It generally appears on servers where mysql has been installed before. The solution is to ensure that the previously installed mysql server is completely uninstalled; if not, check whether the previous password has been changed as mentioned in the above step, according to the above operation. If it still fails, back up the data folder under the mysql installation directory, and then delete it. After the installation is complete, delete the data folder generated by the installation, move the backup data folder back, and then restart the mysql service.
