I am Yang Ming. I have more than ten years of software testing experience and have done hundreds of software testing training. When finding a problem, the lecturer always hopes to introduce the theory as fully and deeply as possible, and describe it according to the theoretical framework; but the trainers often do not want this, when they hear the theory they do not quite understand, they often choose to do other things and will not follow the train of thought of the trainers. They hope that the trainers can give more examples, practice more, and visualize more obscure theories.

I have listened to the lessons of some teachers who are highly rated by the students, which can be summed up as follows:

1. The class is lively and not boring.

I didn't really care about it at first. Always want to finish the content within the specified time, if there is still time to discuss the practice. The fact is that in the end, even if they have time, students are reluctant to participate in the discussion because they have forgotten the previous content or they have not understood it for a while; what they need to do now is to finish as soon as possible.

If trainers want to improve their level and satisfy the trainees, they must make efforts on the above five points.
