Solution:

1. Network problem

Walk the route diagram through the way of tracert-d + IP, and determine where the network is wrong through the route map.

Local network problems, check whether the local network is normal, access the external network smoothly, restart the local route or contact the local operator

Check whether the port can communicate properly, you can determine through the TCpingIP port. If the port is blocked, check whether the firewall remote port policy has added the current remote port to the policy. If the firewall policy is normal, then check the server login log to see if there is any malicious login information, that is, scan the port. In general, remote ports try not to use default ports such as 3389 or 35012. The safety factor is higher when it is changed to random five-digit number.

3. Firewall issu

Check whether the firewall port policy adds the current remote port to the policy, and check whether the IP can communicate normally and is blocked by the operator or computer room firewall. If the IP is blocked by the computer room or the operator, you can only wait for the computer room or the operator to unblock it.

4. Security software issu

Check whether cloud lock and security dog security software have added local IP to the server whitelist. If not, you can.

5. Server issu

Restart the server first, can check the server log and machine hard disk condition after the normal remote, through the log and check the data to confirm the cause of the problem and how to solve it.
