Log in to Qlik Sense Business and create or open an application (get Qlik Sense)

Browse to the data load Editor

From the menu on the right, click create New connection

Server: carlh.database.windows.net

Database: carlh2

User name: Azure

Search for the firewall from the upper left corner and select Firewall and Virtual Network

In the lower half of the page, enter three IP addresses into the client IP address section from the top. Enter a friendly name so you won't care too much about yourself in the future. For simplicity, the three rules are called Qlik Business 1, 2, and 3. When you are finished, click Save.

At this point, you can click create and prepare to import data from the Azure SQL database.
